We do not store or have access to your full card number or CVV at any time.

Billing Name on Statement
After a successful payment, you'll see one of the following descriptors on your bank or PayPal statement:
- "SELLVIA MARKET"
- "MARKET.SELLVIA.COM"
Please note: charges are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
Order Confirmation & Receipts
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your product download link.
- A receipt will be automatically sent to your email (from Stripe or PayPal depending on the method used).
- If you experience any issue with payment or didn't receive your confirmation, email us at support@market.sellvia.com
Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined:
- Double-check your billing address, card number, and expiration date
- Make sure your bank hasn't flagged the transaction
- Try an alternate payment method
